Pond hockey in Buffalo, New York

Ever play pond hockey?  Its cold, really cold, too cold.  Of course it was Buffalo, NY, at night, in February....what'd ya expect?  Anyway, the condition of the ice was pretty bad, had something to do with a warm spell and a heavy snow a few days later and blah blah blah....I have no clue, just what the guy that works at the city park said.  He was nice though.  Yes, I said city park.  The ponds kids fish in during the summer are used to skate on in the winter.  Its pretty cool...er...cold actually. 

Check out the pics, there's not very many, but that was because it was cold and at night and way too miserable for anyone to be outside, much less be outside taking pictures of two maniacs skating around on a frozen pond whacking a puck around.  If you ever play pond hockey on a real pond, try not to let the puck go flying off the pond....it sucks, trust me.
